Athea Coiste na nÓg:
Many thanks to all those who supported our table quiz on Monday night last. Thanks to all who kindly gave spot prizes on the night and to Johnny and Betty Cotter of the Top of the Town Bar.
Winter Welly Walk:
A Winter Welly Walk will take place this Friday January1 to raise funds to help with the cost of hosting Feile. Registration will take place in the hall at 11.30am. The walk starts at 12 noon and everyone must wear Wellies. It’s a two hour walk through forests, mountain top and a Ringfort and it promises to be an enjoyable day for all the family. The cost is €10 per family or €5 per person.
If there is anyone who would like to get involved in any way with any of our underage teams, especially with our U6s & U8s in 2016 please contact Jacqueline O’ Connor on 086-0670091. We have a great club and we would love for parents to join our fantastic team of coaches for the coming year.
Our 2016 Calendar is on sale now at Roses shop and Collins shop at a cost of €10. It has loads and loads of pictures from the year gone by in Coiste na nÓg. These would make a lovely present for people both home and abroad.
